Education and Professional Experience

  • Holder of a degree in Bachelor in Secondary/Elementary Education or other related disciplines, specializing in the required subject area
  • Constructs the instructional design of e learning products in his/her area of specialization
  • Develops the contents of e–earning products in his/her area of specialization
  • Evaluates the content of new e–learning projects (in terms of correlation with the Philippine curriculum, interactive and multimedia features, and other technical standards) that the company can acquire or develop based on the company’s business thrust
  • Performs peer–editing of generated manuscripts or storyboards for the e–learning projects, in terms of content, language, style, and format
  • Applicants must be residing and/or willing to work in the Philippines.

Skills

  • Has a strong knowledge base in the required subject area
  • Can conceptualize pedagogically sound e–learning courseware systems
  • Has a good grasp of language structure and grammar
  • Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in instructional materials development
  • Has good research and fact–checking skills
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Familiar with HTML5 and Adobe Applications such as Flash and Photoshop
  • Able to prioritize several projects at once, handle large workloads, and meet tight deadlines
