Business Development Officer
Education and Professional Experience

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years
  • Has worked for at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
  • Applicants must be residing and/or willing to work in the Philippines.


  • Has exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Has very good leadership and organizational skills
  • Able to establish or maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Able to organize and synthesize complex information about the publishing business
  • Can perform administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Proficient in both computer–based applications such as word processing, desktop publishing, and creating spreadsheets and slide presentations, and Web-based applications
  • Has a solid grasp of the fundamental concepts of educational publishing, such as pedagogical soundness, grade appropriateness, and student diversity
  • Entrepreneurial minded individual with the ability to work in teams
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Able to prioritize several projects at once, handle large workloads, and meet tight deadlines


  • Available to travel (50% of the time)
